Documents required for warranty claims: originals or copies of a warranty card filled, invoice or cash receipt. Please send a short description of the defect in writing, a contact name, a telephone number and an email for feedback.
The device must be well packed - preferably in the original packaging and, if missing, in a properly sealed box to avoid possible during transportation. In the case of inappropriate packaging, it may be possible to refuse failure repairs or compensation for damaged devices during transportation.
Please clean and disinfect the devices thoroughly before sending for service!
Please do not turn inkjet printers back due to the risk of ink leaks!

No insurance is required as the devices are insured during transportation by a Transpress courier company! If the customer wishes, he can use the services of other couriers at his expense.
