General conditions for out of warranty parts delivery: The order of out of warranty spare parts for customers is recommended after diagnostics in our service. We do not undertake a commitment for successful repair if such a diagnosis has not been made by us in advance. The order is processed after an advance payment for delivery at the discretion of our team, if necessary. We do not make a firm commitment for delivery time, as this depends on the availability of parts in the manufacturers' warehouses. If we fail to make a delivery or at the request of the customer, if it is possible to cancel the order to our supplier of the part, we undertake to return the advance payment, if any, within 5 working days.
